Please make sure to read and understand the following terms: - Included prefabs are made for use in VRChat only. - In order to upload the avatar, some basic Unity knowledge is needed. - This purchase can not be returned or refund. - This asset is only available for purchase on https://delawacreation.booth.pm , therefore any other way to obtain it is unauthorised. --------- General sales terms and conditions for the HOPE 3D Model: The users shall, upon purchase of the Model, be deemed to have fully understood the contents of the general sales terms and conditions. ------------- 1.1) Global Usage: Personal commercial use is allowed, but if you are a company, please contact me. Sharing and/or redistributing the Model and/or its content is completely prohibited. Usage in political and/or religious content is prohibited. Usage in sexual (NSFW) and/or graphically violent content is tolerated as long as the user follows the terms and conditions of the platform to/on which the model is uploaded/used. The creator, I, am not responsible for any offence the user makes to those platforms if their respective rules are not respected. 1.2) VRChat Specific: The user will only upload the Model for their own usage, as a PRIVATE avatar. The user is not allowed to upload the Model to a world pedestal. To reiterate, any action that allows the Model to be shared to and used by another user than the buyer is prohibited. 1.3) Social and Streaming platforms: The user is allowed to use the Model on streaming and/or social networks/platforms as long as the user follows the terms and conditions of the platform to/on which the model is uploaded/used. Credits to the creator are appreciated but not required. 1.4) Usage in Merchandise: Usage of the Model is allowed in the creation of merchandise, including, but not limited to: Coffee Cups, Bags, Pouches, Posters, Prints, Mouse Mats, etc. As long as the aforementioned conditions are met. (No redistribution of the Model itself) Credits to the creator are appreciated but not required. 2) Modifications and Derivative Work: Users are allowed to create new content for the Model, including paid content, as long as said content does NOT include the textures or meshes from the original Model. Users are allowed to include bones from the original Model that are required for the new content to work properly. Users are responsible for any new content they create for the HOPE 3D Model. Modifications/alterations to the skin, colours or meshes are allowed but they do not change the conditions nor the licence originally applied to the Model. 3) About the creator: The following ways to contact the creator are the only ones available. Any other way to contact the creator might not be safe. The Model will be updated as long as the creator see fit, whether it be for fixed, new content, etc. Although, the creator might decide to stop updating the model at any point in time. Mentionner le nom de l'avatar ou du créateur est apprécié mais n'est cependant pas obligatoire. 1.4) Produits Dérivés et Artistiques: Utilisation autorisée pour des produits dérivés, artistiques tant que l'utilisateur respecte les conditions définies ci-dessus. (Pas de redistribution du modèle) Mentionner le nom de l'avatar ou du créateur est apprécié mais n'est cependant pas obligatoire. 2) Modifications: Un tiers peut créer du contenu supplémentaire pour ce modèle, commercial ou non, mais devra exclure le maillage et textures du modèle d'origine. Si son but et de vendre ou de partager sa propre création, seuls les bones de l'avatar permettant le fonctionnement de la créations du tiers peuvent être conservés. Le tiers créant un ajout pour HOPE est responsable de sa propre création. Modifier les poids, couleurs pour sa propre utilisation est autorisé. Cependant toutes modifications ne permettent pas de s'approprier les droits et donc échapper aux conditions générales définies ci-dessus. 3) Concernant le Créateur: Les moyens officiels de contact sont affichés ici, tout autre moyen de contact ne sera pas considéré comme officiel. Ce modèle sera mis à jour que ce soit pour des correctifs ou pour apporter de futurs contenus, cependant, le créateur se donne le droit de suspendre les mise à jours à tout moment.
